Maker / Taker fee
What you pay to add or remove liquidity, quoted in bps.
A maker adds liquidity to the book with a resting limit order; a taker removes liquidity with a market order that fills immediately. Venues usually charge takers more than makers.
Fees are quoted in basis points. Some venues even pay makers a rebate, shown as a negative number.
See maker and taker fees for every venue on the lowest-fee ranking.
